The recipe for our Carnival corn has its origin in New York's Coney Island from the late 19th century. It is a mixture of Vanilla, Chocolate, and Wintergreen (Chicoberry for you old timers) sugar corn. It comes in two sized heat sealed bags. This recipe has been passed down through 4 generations of Hobbses, and is much beloved by an equal amount of generations of customers.

We do not use any nuts in our popcorn recipes, cooking kettles and food preparation processes, however we do store and sell bagged peanuts on the property in summer season and we store walnuts for our ice cream in summer season.
