Instructions for Order Pickup on Off Season Saturdays
Please go to the Oceanside Door of our Store at 205 Fort Ave., Salem, MA. located in Historic Salem Willows Park. We will be open for Batch pickups between 9:30am-12pm on select Saturdays through February 9th, 2019. We will reopen in early April.
Off Season Shipping Procedures and Expectations in The Winter Months
From the months October-March, we ship bi-weekly, typically Tuesdays and Fridays via U.S.P.S. Priority 2-3 day mail (Price and time is Destination Dependent). We at EW Hobbs try to ship as quickly as possible after manufacture so you receive your order in a timely manner in the freshest possible condition for maximum enjoyment.
No Show Policy
For in-store pickups, there is a no refund policy for no shows. (Applies to fresh buttered popcorn pickups) If you cannot pickup your order, please contact us within 24 hours of your pickup time and we can give a refund.
